As a member of Gov. Scott Walker's blue ribbon reading task force, Former IDA President, Marcia Henry is one of 14 people charged with reversing a drastic drop in reading levels among Wisconsin's fourth grade students. Her 50 years of educator experience has brought her to a "partial solution" that could positively affect children across the nation.  Read More.
