Get started with us at MoveStudio, whether it be in Yoga Basics starting this Sat 10:30a or Tues 6p starting 1/31, Pilates Mat Basics on Mon 7:15p starting 1/23 or Pilates Equipment Basics on Tues 7:05p starting 1/17. Or work on your personal goals in Private Training.
Or are you recovering from injury or surgery? Try Post-Injury Pilates on Wed 6p starting 1/11 and Yoga for Back Health on Wed 6p starting 2/22 with Candace. Experience the healing effects of   Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement on Tues 7:30p starting 1/10 or Yoga for Fibromyalgia Relief at 4p starting this Sunday 1/8.

Bring in some items for the Comfort Bag Support Drive! We see people needing assistance on the streets, and wouldn't you like to be able to hand them a bag with some warm socks, maybe some toothpaste and tooth brush, snacks such as crackers or tuna in pouches? See the details here, and bring any items up to Move Studio for us to assemble into bags! And, put the Fundraiser Nia Class on Friday 1/20 (note, this is a new date!) at 6p on your calendar, and spread the word!
