Time to pick up your comfort bag! With over 100 assembled comfort bags ready, we need your help to give them out! Kathy McElroy taught a fundraiser class and then helped to create comfort bags that can be passed out at the studio. Those in the community can have them ready in their car to give to others in need. Full of food, personal care products, socks and such, they will help give some comfort and share kindness. Thank you Kathy!
Introduce yourself to Yoga and join Tida Chambers for Yoga Basics  beginning Tuesday 3/14.  You'll learn the asanas (yoga poses) in a methodical, progressive manner, giving you a firm foundation for a lasting yoga practice. Explore the fundamentals of the Pilates Method one step at a time in Pilates Mat Basics with Teresa Hendrickson starting on Saturday 3/18. Learn breathwork, core stabilization, mind-body focus, proper alignment and technique, and much more. In Yoga Basics and Pilates Mat Basics, students have the opportunity to ask questions, get individual feedback and learn modifications for specific needs.

 Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

During the practice of yoga nidra one appears to be asleep but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness.


 Saturday, 4/8, 2:30-4:30p 
Restorative yoga allows for relaxation and rejuvenation of the mind and body.
When supported properly with blankets, blocks and props, the mind and body are able to reset and renew, reducing tension and increasing energy.
