"Tai Chi is often described as meditation in motion, but it might as well be called medication in motion." Experience improved breathing, coordination, and focus in Intro to Tai Chi this Saturday 9/23, 3-4:30p. Tai Chi is also offered as a weekly drop-in class on Wednesdays 10:45a.
Learn from the inside out. Rediscover your innate strength and capacity to learn in Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement on Tuesdays at 7:30p. In this series, we will investigate movement patterns which are the building blocks for sitting, standing, and walking. Take your discoveries into your dance or yoga practice or into your everyday life.
Relax and rejuvenate your mind and body in Restorative Yoga on Saturday 10/7, 2:30-4:30p. In this workshop, poses are held a bit longer, allowing you to rest deeply and passively stretch and open the body in a gentle way. (hint...you'll want to scroll down!)
