We are pleased to announce that Autumn Teneyl Designs will be at MoveStudio starting tomorrow- Saturday 28th! Autumn Teneyl is a fashion designer and artist best known for her feminine, free-flowing designs.
 
Autumn Teneyl Designs is a celebration of eclectic chic: Luscious organics, stretch laces, vibrant colors, soft and flowing, body-conscious details; Glorious pants, tops and dresses with no binding stiffness to disrupt the grace and beauty of females in motion.
 
It's not just a look ~ it's a statement! Check out the Autumn Teneyl trunk show Saturday-Tuesday.

Comfort Bag Support Drive update!! This past Friday's Nia Fundraiser class taught by Kathy McElroy was the most successful yet at MoveStudio! BIG thanks to all those that have participated and donated! All proceeds go to supplies for the comfort bags, and we will be assembling the bags on Thurs 2/9 at 7p (immediately following the 6p Nia class), so mark the date and join us!
 
Expand and transform through movement in Nesting In2U with Shannon Mairs on Sat 1/28, 3-5p! Created to help you nurture yourself through movement, love, levity and compassion. In this workshop, take time to reflect about what's happening by journaling. Develop a deeper love for your body and more compassion for you.

During the practice of yoga nidra one appears to be asleep but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness. For this reason, yoga nidra is often referred to as psychic sleep or deep relaxation with inner awareness.
