Dive into the soothing practice of Restorative Yoga and learn how to create a nurturing and healing environment for your students, your family & yourself.
Restorative Yoga is a slow, healing style of Yoga that encourages deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Itβs an easy, effective stress reduction method and recovery tool to counter our fast-paced lives β a perfect supplement for more active styles of Yoga and an invaluable resource for anyone dealing with stress and anxiety and recovering from illness & injury.
Experience this therapeutic and heartfelt approach to help you learn the tools to confidently teach Restorative Yoga. In Restorative Yoga, the postures focus on stillness, long holds & deep breathing and are supported by a variety of Yoga props (blankets, bolsters, blocks). Easily accessible for all levels, Restorative Yoga offers a rejuvenating practice that balances the mind and body, cultivates conscious relaxation and releases deep seated tension.
