Program Details

Foundational 200-Hour Teacher Training certified by Yoga Alliance for aspiring teachers and students who are passionate about YOGA!

Lead Teacher: Gerhard Gessner, E-RYT500

+ Prana YTT faculty incl. Sara Deakin E-RYT500, Pamela Godde RYT500, Yasmin Springer E-RYT RYT500, Slava Kolpakov, Dr. Amelia Chang E-RYT.

Dates: July 12-28, 2024

Curriculum

• Intensive, alignment-based Yoga posture study

• Yoga specific anatomy and physiology

• Principles of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow & intelligent sequencing

• Principles of breathwork

• The Yoga Sutras and Yoga philosophy

• Introduction to meditation

• The art of teaching Yoga, incl. hands-on adjustments

• The business of Yoga

• teaching private Yoga sessions

• Introduction to specialty Yoga (Pre-/Postnatal, Restorative & Yin Yoga)

Training Hours

Daily immersion: 17 consecutive days

• Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm
• Saturday/Sunday, pm-6pm / 12pm-5pm
• Wednesday & Friday evenings, 6:30pm-9pm

Tuition

$2,900 full tuition

$2,500 discounted rate for students, military, school teachers & seniors (65+)
