Longer holds assisted with props will help you create strong and flexible joints, resulting in increased tissue health and range of motion.
You'll experience the calming embrace of chakra sound healing fostering a feeling of tranquility, reduced stress and anxiety, and harmonized sleep patterns. Each sound healing bowl aligns with a distinct chakra (energy center of the body), crafted with the intention of harmonizing and restoring balance within you.
In deep relaxation (savasana) we will immerse ourselves in Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) delving even further into relaxation and peacefulness. Yoga Nidra is a guided mediation technique where the mind maintains awareness, hovering in a state between wakefulness and sleep. This state creates a profound and blissful sense of restfulness and inner calm.
