Pick up Information

Site Specific Pick up information:

An appointment is not required if you purchased regular-sized lots and you can "drop in" between 11 am and 2 pm on pick up day. Please “Schedule” a pick up on the store site estatesalepros.online for multiple orders. (Go to the top left hand corner of the site).

Pick up instructions (as always):

Purchaser’s responsibility to arrange pick up of items from the pick up location of the sale at the designated pick up time.
Write down your order numbers and present this to the greeter at time of pick up. We will assign you a table.
Products must be examined on site. Any concerns need to be addressed prior to leaving the property. No refunds will be processed once items are off the property.
Any items not picked up before the established closing time may be donated to charity.

Condition Disputes

Imperfections come with buying secondhand and we try our best to accurately describe and photograph the condition of any given item, however sometimes we miss a chip or crack here and there. If the condition of an item is not what was expected, all disputes must be addressed with your picker/sale manager prior to leaving the property.

We strive to ensure all items are picked properly and go home to their rightful owners, but please double check your orders and items before leaving the property!
