Chef Eliza is a Food Network Chopped Champion, chef-entertainer, and culinary educator on a mission to get people of all ages confident in the kitchen. Her motto? “To live a long, healthy, and happy life, you need the love language of food—and it all starts in our kitchens.”
Her culinary adventures have taken her from New York City, where she trained at the Institute of Culinary Education and worked for the Rachael Ray Show, Saveur Magazine, and top restaurants, to Chicago, where she was selected as the James Beard Foundation’s first Woman in Culinary Leadership. She’s taught cooking to at-risk communities, launched aquaponic farming and catering ventures, and led a fine-dining Italian restaurant in San Francisco.
