Hearts to Homes Receives HGAR Grant

The Hudson Gateway REALTOR ^®  Foundation, the charitable arm of the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®, recently presented a check for $2,000 to Hearts to Homes. Since 2014, the Hudson Gateway Realtor Foundation has donated thousands of dollars to charities and non-profits throughout the Hudson Valley. As concerned members of the communities in which they work, the Hudson Gateway REALTOR® Foundation participates in qualified community-based charities who serve the housing, hunger, health, happiness, and humane needs of citizens everywhere. Hearts to Homes is proud to accept this donation, which will furnish one complete apartment!

Our 2020 Vision

Hearts to Homes supports ten child welfare agencies located in the greater New York City/Westchester area: Abbott House (Irvington, NY); Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (Valhalla, NY); Catholic Guardian Services (Manhattan, NY); Forestdale (Queens, NY); Graham Windham (Brooklyn, NY); JCCA (Brooklyn, NY); Mercy First (Syosset, NY), Rising Ground (Yonkers, NY); The Children's Village (Dobbs Ferry, NY); and The New York Foundling (Manhattan, NY) . Tremendous as this growth has been, we struggle with the knowledge that we only reached 10% of the youth who aged out in 2019. Our goal is to add at least two more agencies in the upcoming year. Please help us expand our reach to more foster care youth by making a donation today.
