H237 Late 18th Century beehive bowl with distinct turnings and slightly raised foot bearing a beautiful Windsor green painted surface and natural patina interior Slightly out of round. Very sturdy – no chips or cracks. Measurements: 12” x 13” diameter x 3” tall.

RM1470 Hand Hooked Rug depicting a Rooster crowing at the rising morning sun with a village in the distance. Vivid colors of various fabrics are very tightly hooked on old burlap. TProfessionally mounted and ready to hang. Found in Pennsylvania. Measurements: 32 ¼” wide x 20” tall

J139 Early Tobacco Trade sign - from a private collection where it has been for many years. It is an old original made of solid wood advertising “David Wisehart, Maker of Fine Snuffs – Wholesale & Retail at Lowest Rates - Old Havanna – Best Tobacco” It is painted on board with a chain attached for hanging. It was meant for hanging above the cigar display. The art work is outstanding and the colors are beautiful. Circa 1920’s – 1940’s Measurements: 23” wide x 24” tall x 1” thick

J125 Pennsylvania original red painted blanket chest. Dovetailed case with applied bracket base that is also dovetailed and features tall cut out feet. Interior boasts a lidded till and a clean, natural patina. Circa 1830. Perfect smaller size for a coffee table or for use in a stack! Measurements: 34” wide x 14 ½” deep x 18 ¾” tall

J142 Hanging cupboard featuring mustard painted surface with decorative cut out along the top. Door opens to reveal several shelves bearing natural patina. Door is mortised and pegged. Small wire nail construction. Measurements: 19” wide x 8” deep (Bottom area). Overall height is 37 ¼” tall. Case measures 17 7/8” wide x 7 ¼” deep. Interior shelves are 6” deep.

J137 Very early long wooden trade sign from eastern Pennsylvania – advertising “B. WHITE and SON.” Letters are painted in silver on a dark blue background. Sign boasts molded edge on all sides.measures 126 ½” long x 16” tall x 2 ¾” deep. Framed photograph measures: 16” wide x 14” tall x 1” thick

J127  Lancaster County, Pennsylvania original salmon painted drysink boasting rare Bible Cross Panel doors with beaded edges and a very unusual hinged shelf along the top that lifts to create a tall backsplash and accommodates larger items in the well area. One dovetailed drawer overhangs to the right-hand side of the drysink. Circa 1840’s. Measurements: 53 ¼” wide x 22 ¼” deep x 42” tall with shelf down. It measures 46 ½” tall with shelf in the upright / backsplash position.

Louisiana Crab Quiche


Ingredients

Pillsbury Pie shell

1/2 c Mayonnaise

2T Flour

4 Eggs

1/2 c Milk (whole)

8 oz Colby/Jack Cheese (shredded)

8 oz Crab meat

1/3 c Green Onions (Chopped)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Press shell into 10" quiche pan (do not pre-cook)

Combine all ingredients in order

Pour into raw pastry shell

Bake appro. 40-45 minutes.
