Join physical therapist and Yoga teacher Dr. Amelia Chang for a therapeutic Yoga workshop for bone health!


You'll learn:

  • Do's and Don'ts: Movements that are safe and movements to avoid in Yoga and daily life
  • Perform 12 key Yoga poses to help improve strength, balance and bone health
  • Reduce the effects of an aging spine & risk of falling
  • Learn how to adapt poses to your level of experience or physical limitations
  • Begin a regular home practice to support bone density and alleviate joint pain


All levels incl. beginners and Yoga teachers are welcome!

Dr. Amelia Cantor Chang, DPT, E-RYT


Amelia Chang, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in Yoga Therapeutics. She brings a wealth of experience to make the practice and principles of Yoga accessible for all.

​Amelia's personal journey on the transformative health benefits of Yoga began as a hobby to release physical and mental stress. Later, she extensively studied the practice of YOGA and Meditation as a science toward healthier mind-body; and as an art for gracious living. 

 Amelia uniquely combines Yoga Therapeutics in the Iyengar tradition and Physical Therapy for healthier movement. She offers special events as well as a weekly class at Prana. Her services include corporate wellness programs for employee well-being. She conducts various workshops in the community for healthy back, and YOGA for Osteoporosis/ Arthritis.

 Dr. Amelia Chang, DPT, E-RYT is a continuing education provider for Yoga Alliance and Physical Therapy Association.
