BAV's 2025 Market Match Fund Campaign launches TODAY!

This essential program supports our farmers and community by funding $1-to-$1 SNAP matching up to $30 at local farmers markets. That means an extra $30 for SNAP users to spend on local produce, meat, dairy, and more! Local farmers benefit through increased sales, and low-income households gain expanded access to fresh, local food.

The support provided by the Market Match Fund is more important than ever in the face of SNAP/HIP reductions, USDA program cuts, and other factors affecting farmers and SNAP recipients. 

Your support is a lifeline to local households, farmers, and the vibrancy of local farmers markets. Please consider a gift today!

This year, our goal is to raise $30,000 from our community during the month of April. Your gift will help us get a strong start!

Now in its fourth year, BAV's Market Match Fund has helped support more than $600,000 in SNAP sales for farmers and well over $330,000 in SNAP purchases. We reach out to our community each spring for your involvement and support, as well as raising funds year-round from generous corporate and foundation partners.
