Our community e-blast is distributed on a weekly basis and consist of Brooklyn Community Board 9 Committee and General Board meeting information, Community Board programming and events, community advisories, community events, and information from government agencies, nonprofits, and small businesses on: health and social services, employment, employment trainings, volunteer opportunities, childhood and adult education, affordable housing, cultural and arts programming, financial literacy, property management, youth services and more.

Green Industry Job Training for NYCHA Residents


ο»ΏGreen City Force’s Service Corps training program, New York City public housing residents (ages 18-24) are exposed to careers in the green economy such as urban agriculture, as well as resident education and action campaigns.
