Sadly, Brian's Angels recently had to downsize from a 7,000 sq ft facility to a space that is under 200 sq ft!

If you know of any 6,000 sq ft space available in Bristol for them - please let them know ASAP!

They are currently being temporarily hosted by a TINY church on Riverside Avenue. The MealTrain page is back up and running!
www.mealtrain.com/trains/1o1d0q

They also opened a GoFundMe page to raise funds for a NEW location with a kitchen and showers!

Becoming un-housed can happen for SO MANY different reasons! Job loss, family emergencies, vehicle demise, medical bills, rent increases ...
Building strong community safety nets will help someone you know, now or in the future ... maybe even
YOU!

"Research shows massage therapy may improve lung function and ease symptoms for children and adults with asthma and COPD.

Gentle massage, guided breathing and work on the chest and abdominal muscles may help reduce tension and support easier breathing.

... To be clear, massage is not a replacement for common and needed pharmacological assistance, like rescue inhalers and allergy shots that are recommended and used by many people managing asthma and other respiratory disease. Massage therapy, however, can be part of an overall strategy that helps keep some symptoms of respiratory disease in check. For example, helping to relax and release the muscles associated with breathing may help a person breathe more freely between asthma attacks."
