Rule of Law and Our Constitutional Principles...
In my recent blog, Our Constitutional Principles, we laid out important foundations the Founding Fathers intended for our great country so our constitutional republic would be fair and just for all...
| |
|
|
These pillars govern the balance of power and control what the majority view can exert over the minority view. If the US Constitution did not provide these protections, our republic would not have survived for almost 250 years.
Now, more than ever, it is important to share with family and friends how a Harris Administration would undermine the constitutional foundations of our county.
Tonight, Mark Levin passionately stated the importance of this election and how our rights need to be protected.
Pass this email on to everyone you know – especially younger voters. Many have not been taught our constitutional principles in school.
They must know what their vote means.

The Rule of Law
Our Constitutional Principles only work because the Rule of Law is not negotiable in our system.
The essence of the Rule of Law lies in its ability to transcend politics and uphold the principles of justice and equality above all else. It signifies a system where the law reigns supreme, independent of any individual or any

|
|
institution's influence. Without the Rule of Law, the US Constitution is meaningless in protecting our freedom and liberties.
But, what if our culture and government lost its respect for the Rule of Law and instead led by the “Rule of Man”.. aka, Rule of the Mob?
No doubt, we are enduring a Blue Pilled government, justice system and elected leaders willing to ignore the Rule of Law. We haven’t lost yet, but we know this type of leadership is not sustainable for our Country. It allows power to be used in destructive ways that allow the majority view to run roughshod over the minority view at all levels of government.
Your freedom and liberties will be at the mercy of “The Mob” if Blue Pilled leaders are allowed to continue in office.
Taken to its extreme, history tells us that such use of power eventually leads to civil unrest and even revolution. None of us want that.
This is why each and every vote is so important.
| |
Power
Power under our form of government is balanced and checked by our seven Constitutional Principles.
Political power can be used for good or for evil…for “good”, meaning innovative, creative for the good of the people…for “evil”, meaning the destruction of our American culture (society)…
| |
|
|
Who has the “power”? This is the key question.
Power does not lead to peace and contentment for those who have it. It leads to a desire for even more power.
…but, power to do what? It all depends on who holds it… HELLO!!!
YOUR VOTE decides who holds power… Red Pill or Blue Pill… It’s up to you. You should consider this with every ballot choice you make. Every choice, at every level matters to who will be in power.
Do you want leaders who will use their power to respect the Rule of Law or to advance the the Rule of the Mob? (I’m sure you will pick the right one…)
| |
How would a Harris Administration use power?
We know the right answer. We want leaders who will preserve our seven Constitutional Principles and respect the Rule of Law.
But imagine for a moment there is a Harris Administration. What does the “other side of the mountain” look like?
| |
|
1. Popular sovereignty - rule by the people
The left despises our system as power lies with the people and government power is granted by consent of the people.
Under a Harris Administration, we would see many policies centralizing power into an even larger federal government, instead of with the states and “We the People” as defined in the US Constitution. In addition, mob rule by the majority would prevail to control the
| |
|
2. Republicanism - the right to vote for representatives
The left would seek to destroy your right to vote for representatives.
Election fraud would become rampant. We already see it. 18 USC 611 prohibits non-citizens from voting in federal elections. But are they following the law? Not likely. It is not clear given the strong push to bring in illegals and give them formal identification documents.
| |
|
|
On a grander scale, they also want to eliminate the Electoral College (EC) in favor of the popular vote (democracy) where large population centers would determine our elections, and rural areas would be forced to follow. Dissolving the EC would require a change to the Constitution, but there are other ways to do effectively eliminate it.
One such movement is to have each state pass a law awarding its EC votes to the winner of the national popular vote. It is called the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC). The NPVIC is a bypass of the US Constitution as states have the constitutional power to decide how their representative electors are awarded. All a state has to do is pass a law.
Would you rather have the electoral representation of your state be awarded based on your own state’s vote tally or by the total of the national vote including large population centers like New York, Chicago and Los Angeles? Of course not, but they are trying to do this.
| |
3. Federalism - power shared between national and state governments
We already see the breakdown of Federalism today. We see the weaponization of federal agencies seeking to interfere with state powers and actions to enforce law within their own state.
| |
|
|
Do we have laws protecting our borders? Yes, we do, but the Feds are not enforcing these laws. Border states have tried to enforce these laws and have been sued by the Federal government who should have been enforcing these laws in the first place! Under a Harris Administration, there would be no enforcement of borders and no deportation of illegals.
With a federal government that is willing to ignore the Rule of Law and the power to control a state’s actions, states would be almost powerless to stop it - except for action from the Supreme Court.
| |
4. Separation of Powers - branches of gov't that make, enforce, or interpret laws
We have three co-equal branches of government
-
Legislative branch - makes the law
-
Executive branch – enforces the law
-
Judicial branch – interprets the law
| |
|
|
Our system is brilliantly designed to ensure no one part of the government becomes too powerful. However, Harris has said she would end the Senate filibuster to add more liberal justices to the Supreme Court diluting its conservative profile. She only wants far left majority interpretation of the law.
With her presidential power, she would use overreach through Executive Orders and seek new laws that strengthen her administration’s power over the people and the states.
Most concerning is the regulatory state would grow to Leviathan proportions as it combines all three branches of government into one entity. This is considered the 4th branch of government where an agency can make laws, enforce laws and adjudicate them with nearly unlimited federal funding.
The people and businesses would only have one option – comply.
| |
5. Balance of Power - checks made on the other branches of gov't
Raw political power and Rule of the Mob would override any constitutional balance of power because all that would matter is power and control, not Rule of Law.
Importantly, the “fourth branch” of government outlined above would be leveraged (IRS, EPA, DOE, etc) to control mega-corporations outside the co-equal branches of government to
| |
|
|
achieve controlled behavior over individuals. The Bill of Rights does not apply in the private sector, but the Federal government has immense regulatory power over corporations.
… in other words, your freedom and liberty to speak and think would be severely curtailed just to keep your job… “be a good global citizen”… “obey the state”… “obey your corporate master”..
Does this sound like George Orwell’s dystopian novel, “1984”?
Well, we are not far from “1984” becoming our Blue Pill nightmare.
| |
6. Balance of Power - everyone is bound by the U.S. Constitution
“There are only two ways to govern human beings – by talking and by force.”
– Larry Arnn, 12th President of Hillsdale College
| |
|
|
Ignoring the Rule of Law means power and control would consume leaders at the expense of the people. Tyranny and authoritarian rule would reign and your freedom and liberty would cease to exist.
You would be at the mercy of the federal government under a Harris Administration.
| |
7. Individual Rights - personal freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights
The left’s agenda focuses on group rights over individual rights.
Keep in mind your rights are not absolute. They can be taken away by an oppressive and overreaching government like that Harris would set up.
| |
|
- Group rights would reign supreme over individual rights. (LBGTQI+2S, transgender, gender, race)
- Your freedom of speech would be curtailed indirectly through mega-corporations and even directly by the federal government.
- Your freedom of religion would be scrutinized and inhibited
- Your guns would be taken away
- Illegal search and seizure; lawfare used to silence you
- Your assets would be confiscated in various ways infringing your right to property ownership. (taxation, fines, regulatory burden, softening of intellectual property laws, etc.)
| |
|
The Blue Pill is a Dangerous Drug
You might not think the Blue Pill can achieve this level of constitutional destruction trampling on your freedom and liberties. Think again.
Look how far they have come in just 16 years since Obama was elected. The election of Kamala Harris represents the

The Final Word
Do we retain our constitutional Rule of Law that ensures a just and orderly society where Constitution remains the “supreme law of the land?…
… OR do we surrender our freedom, our liberty, our God-given rights, our Bill of Rights and our Constitutional Principles to a lawless mob?
| |
|
|
Let me assure you that for each surrendered issue, the radical, progressive left ideology will “own” YOU just a little bit more until your freedom and liberty are gone…that is a fact…
It’s your decision…RED PILL or Blue Pill…
