Virtual Home Groups 2.0:

Become a Member, Find Your Community

VHGs function as small communities within the wider church, gathering virtually to discuss biblical topics, share insights, and support one another. Each group is organized by geographical location, allowing members to connect with those who live nearby.

🙌🏾 What we need from you:

  • Join a group if you haven’t yet; there’s a place for you.
  • Re-engage your group if you’re a returning member.
  • Invite someone who needs community this year.
  • Pray with us as we believe for lives to be transformed.

This is more than a program: It’s how we build community, strengthen discipleship, and live out the gospel together.

If you are not currently part of a VHG, we encourage you to register and become connected.

Celebrating Black History Month:

African-Caribbean History | Self-Guide Tour

Explore Toronto’s African-Caribbean history and discover Black-owned businesses in the vibrant neighbourhood around Bathurst and Bloor Streets.

Explore The Annex neighbourhood, known for its leafy side streets and eclectic shops, cafés, and restaurants along Bloor Street West. Beginning in the 1860s, the area became recognized as a safe space where Black families and Black-owned businesses could grow and thrive.

Celebrating Staff Excellence:

Prudence Estwick

This February, we're delighted to highlight Prudence Estwick. Her heartfelt faith, kindness, and radiant smile make a positive impression on everyone she encounters. Prudence's compassion brings warmth and happiness to our Rhema family.

Over the years, Prudence has generously given her time and energy wherever she’s needed—whether in the Care Center, Children’s Ministry, Baby Dedication, or helping with special events. She’s also a welcoming presence in Women’s Ministry, Parenting, and Fitness groups, and is always eager to participate in Bible studies with her VHG group. Through it all, she inspires us to follow Jesus with open hearts.

We are truly grateful for Prudence and the joy she brings to Rhema. If you see her around, please take a moment to let her know how much she means to our church family. Thank you, Prudence, for all you do. You are a true blessing to us!
