This past weekend marked a meaningful milestone for Rhema as we gathered for our first Sunday in our new Steeprock home. We rejoice in what God is doing and give heartfelt thanks for this new space that will support worship, ministry, and community in the season ahead.

We want to sincerely thank every volunteer who showed up on Friday and Saturday to help prepare the building. Your willingness, flexibility, and generous spirit made a tangible difference, and we are deeply grateful.

As with any transition, there is still much work to be done, and we continue to welcome voluntary help from those able to assist this week.

Please dress down in comfortable clothing and closed‑toe shoes, as the work will be hands‑on and practical.

Whether you are able to lend a hand onsite, continue to support in prayer, or simply extend encouragement to others, we are thankful for the unity and care of this community as we continue settling into our new home.

VHGs function as small communities within the wider church, gathering virtually to discuss biblical topics, share insights, and support one another. Each group is organized by geographical location, allowing members to connect with those who live nearby.

🙌🏾 What we need from you:

• Join a group if you haven’t yet; there’s a place for you.
• Re-engage your group if you’re a returning member.
• Invite someone who needs community this year.
• Pray with us as we believe for lives to be transformed.

This is more than a program: It’s how we build community, strengthen discipleship, and live out the gospel together.

Celebrating Staff Excellence:

Gladstone White

This month, we are honoured to recognize Gladstone White for his faithful service as Team Lead in Service Floor Management during Sunday worship service. Gladstone plays an important role in helping the service flow smoothly and ensuring support is available wherever needed.

With a calm and dependable presence, Gladstone assists members and visitors, supports movement during service moments, monitors activity on the floor, and responds promptly when needs arise. He also serves diligently in meeting the Senior Pastor’s needs on the floor, demonstrating attentiveness, honour, and a heart of service. His leadership and willingness to serve with excellence contribute meaningfully to the worship experience each Sunday.

Gladstone’s patience, alertness, and servant-hearted attitude are evident in the way he ministers. His faithfulness and dedication are a blessing to the church family, and we sincerely appreciate the role he continues to play in Sunday worship.
