Paso Robles meets the coast as The Lobster welcomes mixologist Tony Bennett, co-founder of The Alchemists’ Garden, for a special Bar Takeover with Nikka Whiskey & Spirits.
Bennet, a molecular mixologist known for his creative approach to cocktails, will be behind the bar serving a special menu featuring Nikka Whisky, Gin, and Vodka. Chef Govind Armstrong will complement the drinks with a selection of small bites designed to pair with the cocktails.
