PCEF Excellent Educator Award Program, funded by
the Louis and Doilney Families


As part of an all-new Excellent Educators' celebration, PCEF and the Louis and Doilney Families want to:

  • Invite you to socialize with your colleagues on the Versante lawn! We'll provide the pizza & beverages on three Friday afternoons.

  • Put your name in lights! Your name will go up on the light pole banners on Park City's world-famous Main Street from 5/2 - 5/25.

  • Provide a fun Excellent Educator reveal! The Excellent Educator at each school, voted on by your peers, will be surprised with a sweet celebration.

Once again, EVERY SINGLE PCSD employee (all 680!) will have their name "in lights" along Main Street.

From May 2nd - May 25th, you – our wonderful, brave, steadfast educators, who have worked so hard to teach and support our students in-person all year – will be honored by the entire Park City community and by everyone who traverses Park City's famous Main Street!

Plus, the week before Running with Ed, big ol' banners will be set up at each school, with the names of that building's employees emblazoned on them.

The vote for the Excellent Educator at each school's site returns this year!

Each school site will vote on the full-time employee who best exemplifies an Excellent Educator to their students, and each school will hold its own celebration to honor recipients.

🏆 THE SARAH AND STEPHEN DOILNEY AWARD 🏆
The Sarah & Stephen Doliney Award, as voted on by the Senior Class at Park City High, honors the most influential educator of their school career. Many thanks to Jim Doilney, who supports this meaningful award in honor of his mother, who was a teacher.

So many great things are back for PCEF's Running with Ed and there is LOTS of fun planned for every step of the way.

We invite you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to participate in RWE, which hits the starting line on May 21st!

We know the process takes a good bit of your valuable time and we love seeing all of your inspired (and inspiring) ideas.

  • Classroom Grants Committee meets.
  • Applicants will be notified of decisions on May 26/27.
  • ALL communications will be via email (through the Submittable system) - and you will hear either way!
