2025 Grant Cycle Coming Soon!

The Annual Grants Cycle will open on January 2, 2025. 


Teachers and parents are encouraged to apply for grant funding to support projects, programs and initiatives which benefit Beverly Public Schools educators and students. 


Please note the following dates:

Grant Submission Deadlines & Notification

  • January 2, 2025: Grant Application Cycle Opens
  • Grants Workshops - to be announced!
  • March 14, 2025:  Application Deadline @ 5 pm. 
  • June 2025: Grant Awards Announced at the Beverly School Committee meeting at Beverly Middle School.


Grants are awarded for programs and initiatives for the 2025-2026 academic year.

ο»ΏAdditional Donation Opportunities

  • ο»ΏMatching Donations: Many workplaces powerfully leverage your donation by matching contributions to BEF. Check whether your employer has a matching gift program.
  • Corporate Donations: Mutually beneficial partnerships with businesses and private organizations empower BEF to provide greater support for Beverly Public School students, to strengthen academic programs to provide a greater impact in the Beverly community.
  • Estate & Trust Donations: Leave a legacy gift by directing an estate contribution to BEF. You can plan now for a future gift to the Foundation by including a bequest provision in your Will or Trust.
  • IRA & Insurance Gifts: Assets such as Individual Retirement Account (IRA) benefits, 401(k) benefits, and life insurance benefits can be donated by naming the Beverly Education Foundation as the designated beneficiary of your contract.
  • Qualified Charitable Distributions: For donors over 70 1/2, maximize your charitable giving by making a gift out of an IRA to the Beverly Education Foundation and avoid recognizing a required minimum distribution as income.
