Another successful Annual Meeting for the purpose of the election of new board members. Three new board members each serving a three year term starting January 1st. Welcome All About Adventure Excursions, Edward Jones/Jared Tjaden, Financial Advisor, and BBSI-Portland. Thank you members who attended the annual meeting.
MHCC German Group Photo
A great delegation from Gresham welcomed the German Federation delegation. The World Athletic Championship Track and Field (Olympic Competitions in the off year of the Olympics) will be held in July 2022 in Eugene. Germany is considering acclimating their team in Gresham while using the Mt. Hood Community College track and field facilities. International Olympians bring international media. Gresham could be in the spotlight if Germany chooses MHCC. Fingers crossed.

TRAVEL OREGON
Brownsville: This isn't your ordinary small town

Brownsville is a pioneer community with big attractions — from the famous “Stand by Me” movie trail and the Willamette Country Music Festival to old-fashioned storefronts and parades. It’s home to the Linn County Museum, which tells the story of the Calapooia tribe and early settlers, and the Living Rock Museum, a building made with local agates, crystals and quartz. You might find yourself busy here. And you might make some new friends along the way.
