Petals, Wild Sour Ale (6% ABV) - This beer was brewed with our friends at The Seed back in May 2019. It was fermented in French Oak where it rested for 19 months. We bottled it in December 2020, and it's been conditioning ever since. Golden amber in color, low carbonation, with a funky flavor profile: Earthy, sour, sweet tart, barnyard, oak. A limited supply is available in the taproom while it lasts.

Exit the Dragon (6.3% ABV) - Ancient Welsh Red Ale named in honor of Y Draig Goch…the Red Dragon of Wales. Deep red, malty, and bringing hints of winter spice + smoke.

Apricot Sour (4.9% ABV) - Our newest sour ale dosed with apricot puree and lightly hopped with Vic Secret. It’s the pro-brunch beer we’ve all been waiting for. 8 IBU. Available on tap and for growler and crowler fills.

Barrel Aged Cocoa Express (10.5% ABV) - This rich, roasty Imperial Stout was aged for over a year in Bourbon barrels. A complex recipe of specialty malts was complemented by melting real Chocolate shavings into the kettle. We then aged this beer with Madagascar vanilla beans and Nordico coffee beans, and allowed it to age gracefully and develop warming Bourbon notes.

Hoppípolla (6.5% ABV) - Icelandic for “Hopping in puddles”. This new IPA is a perfect one for the transition of Winter to Spring and the messy joyfulness that goes with it.

Brewed with an experimental hop that we fell in love with in our New Hop PA series, and a lightened up Catbird malt bill, this IPA is just bright and tropical with a clean dry finish.

Lumberjack Sap 🍁 (7.1% ABV) - This Ale is created entirely with sap tapped from the maple trees on our property. Malty / Toffee / Woody / Slight Smoke

Haze Bro Intervention (6.5% ABV) - our newest beer is a Cold IPA
