Valley Bag Toss Celebrates 10 Years

Get ready for a fun and friendly cornhole competition where we’ll be tossing bags to raise funds for Open Sky's health and wellness programs!

Pride Picnic & Pride Worcester

LGBTQ+ Pride Picnic

On August 13th, the Peer Services team invited individuals served and staff to an LGBTQ+ Pride Picnic at Crow Hill Pond in Westminster. The event was a fantastic showcase of community spirit, featuring a delicious array of food, fun activities, and an atmosphere brimming with pride and joy.

Safe Homes Open House & Pride Worcester Celebrations

Safe Homes invited their top donors and supporters to visit their program on August 28th. Attendees had the chance to tour the drop-in center, see firsthand the amazing work being done, and connect with program staff and youth served by Safe Homes.

Safe Homes participated in several Pride Worcester events in early September such as the Pride Worcester Festival, LGBTQIA+ Pride Celebration at New England Botanic Garden, and Queer AF Fashion Show.

ValleyCAST Wraps Up Free Summer Concert Series

The ValleyCAST Free Summer Concert Series wrapped up this season with tremendous success! Every Thursday, the community came together at the Alternatives' Whitin Mill to enjoy evenings filled with fantastic music, lively performances, and unforgettable moments.

From local talent to crowd favorites, each concert brought a unique energy to the vibrant gatherings. Whether attendees danced, sang along, or simply enjoyed the summer tunes, it was a season filled with joy and connection.

Open Sky Community Services provides services to nearly 8,000 individuals in Central Mass each year facing complex challenges. That means that support is needed year-round so we can continue to provide services and remove the barriers to living a fulfilling life.
