Important News - Please Read!
We want to update you on a few change in bonus programs that allow you to earn more money. We talk about three below - there are more to come!
① Bonus for Regular Hours

Our current bonus program add $1.00 - $1.50 an hour for having signed off on policies back in February - this will be ending in the next few weeks.

We are replacing it with a new bonus program that adds $2.50 an hour to your paycheck as long as you log in and out electronically and submit a completed report within 24 hours of the shift.

More information once dates have been determined!

For now, make sure you know how to log in & out electronically, complete visit reports, and verify that your visit reports have been successfully submitted on your Connected Home Care app.

② Vaccine Bonuses

If you are newly vaccinated, submit your card to HR and earn $50!



For everyone whose vaccine card on file by September 24:

You will receive a bonus without doing anything more.

The amount is based on hours worked August 15 - October 1.

  • If you work an average of 10 hours a week - $50
  • If you work an average of 11-20 hours a week - $75
  • If you work an average of 21-30 hours a week - $100
  • If you work an average of 31-40+ hours a week - $150

③ Training Bonuses

If you're interested in joining any of Connected Home Care's FREE training classes, reach out to your HR Generalist to sign up!

By completing your PC training, you can earn $125 bonus!
By stepping up from PC to HHA, you can earn a $125 bonus!
By completing HHA training as a Homemaker, you can earn a $250 bonus!
By completing your SHCA (Mental Health or Alzheimer's) training, you can earn a $175 bonus!

A new in-service will be announced next week that allows you to earn an extra $25. This is optional in 2021 but will become required in 2022.
And in other news.....
Storm Coming on Sunday

With Sunday's storm on forecasted, the offices should have reached out to discuss moving any low and moderate risk level cases to a safer day.

If you are scheduled with a high risk or critical client, you will be expected to be with your client that day. Try to leave earlier than usual to account for any traffic delays.

If you do not need to leave your home on Sunday, please don't.

A few friendly storm tips:
  • Charge your electronics Saturday!
  • Ensure any battery packs are charged as well.
  • When going out - dress accordingly.
  • Drive carefully and take roadways that are not commonly flooded.
Third Quarter In-Services are here!

In-services have been assigned to all caregivers whose first names start with F-L. All caregivers in this group will have until 9/13/2021 to complete their in-services on In The Know. If you're in this group and your in-services are completed by 8/16/2021, you will be entered into a raffle for a $20 gift card!

In-services assigned to all caregivers whose first names start with A-E still have until 8/30/2021 to complete their in-services on In The Know. This deadline is coming up soon; don't miss it!
