Important News - Please Read!
In-Services Due!

Thank you to everyone that met the deadline of June 24th for having their in-services completed!!!

If you have not completed your in-services, there is not much time left. Please have them completed by Monday June 28th. If they are not completed by then, we will start having to clear schedules on Tuesday June 29th.

If you have any questions or issues, please be sure to reach out to Sonia at [email protected]

Please Note: Unless you have spoken with Sonia and set up specific arrangements, in-services must be completed on In The Know and paper in-services will not be accepted.

If in-services are not completed by the deadline, your schedule will have to be cleared until they are finished.
MA Paid COVID Leave Program

There have recently been some changes to the Massachusetts COVID Sick Pay Program. We know these changes can sometimes be tough to understand. To read through the highlights of the program and determine if you are eligible for paid COVID leave, please view all details on our Resources Page HERE.
Updating Our System!

We are updating our system and want to make sure that we have the most current photo for all employees and that you have a current Employee ID Badge. Please send us a clear photo of yourself so that we can get a new badge if you don't have one. Please be assured that your photo will never be used without your permission.

When considering a photo to send, please be sure that the picture is recent and of you looking at the camera. Usually against a blank background and good lighting works best. Please do not send pictures with filters on them as we use these pictures to identify caregivers when in the field.
And in other news.....
Hotter weather is coming!

Another heatwave is expected to start this weekend through Thursday of next week. Please make sure that you and your clients are staying cool and hydrated!

For you:

For your clients:

When leaving, please make sure they have a full glass of water with them
Make sure they are wearing weather appropriate clothing
If your client does not have a fan or AC in the home, please let your office know immediately
