Centering Prayer is the practice of sitting silently with God while consenting to God’s presence and action in our lives. If you feel the desire to grow closer to God if you want to grow in your prayer life, and if you want to experience God’s peace that passes understanding even during the storms of life? Then, you may want to try centering prayer.

If you are interested in learning about Centering Prayer, I invite you to join us in room C102 at 9:00 a.m. on October 9 for an introductory workshop. You will learn the basics of centering prayer, and we will practice this prayer together. Our goal is for all of us to grow in the discipline of prayer.

Please email or call the church office at 850-862-4169 if you would like to participate.

Trinity United Methodist Church's new Trustee Beautification Subcommittee members have really stepped up and been busy updating and improving the exterior “Beauty” of Trinity. Our goals are broken down into phases, and The 1st phase began after we assisted Trustees with rust removal and pressure washing. Then the subcommittee began coordinated painting with our signs and logo and a new landscape for buildings A and B- which is now completed!

Our committee has been vigilant, courageous, and persevered through almost a full year of planning and implementing. Before beginning our efforts, we also coordinated with the Trustees for a new lawn pump, a totally revamped irrigation system, and dead and dying trees and brush removal.

We now CELEBRATE with you the joy and uplifting hope it has brought and will continue to bring to our congregation and our local community. We have set up a Restricted Account #8092 and are receiving monetary donations for the next 3 Phases.

If you would like to help provide funding or learn more about how to help, you may reach Team Leader Karen Baker at 850-376-1700 or
