With the use of specific poses and props, we will address
back pain, postural concerns, build strength and flexibility, and learn how to
re-pattern your daily activities to promote spine health. Students with spine
issues such as sciatica, bulging discs, scoliosis, arthritis, disc degeneration,
etc. are welcome!
