The Capital District Early Childhood and School Age Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Centers are
Pleased to Share the Following Learning Opportunities for Families and Community Partners in March and April.
Greetings!!

It doesn't seem quite possible but the FACE Centers will begin our resource planning process for the 2021-22 school year in the next few weeks. To assist with this process, I am asking for your help. Please take approximately 2-3 minutes and review/respond to the survey below or visit https://conta.cc/3s4akZG. Your participation and feedback is a critical part of our planning process. The information you provide will help guide our future work and help ensure that the training topics and session schedules offered in 2021-22 reflect your input.

This survey is open to parents, guardians, family members, caregivers, community based organizations, school district professionals, and other individuals or groups that provide services/supports to children with disabilities and their families.

Again, your input and insight is invaluable and is GREATLY appreciated!
Sincerely,

Sheri Gaylord, Director
