State of the Schools Address
I am very proud to announce that Princeton City Schools earned five stars on the state report card in both progress and gap closing. These are critical areas and the only ones that we don't get penalized for the realities of our district. This is a huge accomplishment, and each staff member should take a minute to reflect on the great work that was done. As we all know, there is still much work that needs to be done, and we need to stay focused and continue to remain diligent.

I had the opportunity to speak with Sharonville Elementary School media center paraprofessional, Vonna Anguiano about books she highlighted on September 15th, as we began to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15-Oct. 15) and International Dot Day! | |

Student Services
The Viking School Based Health Center provides a variety of services for our students and families, including medical, dental, and behavioral support. The School Based Health Center is located in Viking Village, directly across the hall from the gymnasium. It is open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Additionally, the SBHC has added a new nurse practitioner to the team. Quyen Wiggins specializes in family practice, which means she can also treat adults. Because of this change, staff members can now be treated!
Please contact the Viking School Based Health Center at 513-864-1545 with questions or to schedule an appointment.

Library
Need to find a book in the library catalog? Each school has its own entry portal. Once you open your school’s portal, bookmark the page on your computer!
Fetch is an interface for our younger students. It only searches for books in your library.
iSearch has the ability to search ALL buildings, which is typically what staff wants when looking for a book. The results in iSearch deliver books in your building as default. You can narrow your search along the left, and you can switch to all libraries to the right of the search box. Then ask your Media Paraprofessional to request what you need from the library that owns the books/materials! Please let Amy Price x1550 know if you have any questions!

Thanks to the team for the extra effort to help curriculum come to life for our students!
Mr. James Chilcote, Mr. Lincoln Cobb, Ms. Renee Brownlie, and Mr. Steve Watson are Difference Makers!
