Legitimate companies WILL NEVER CALL YOU, OR PROMPT YOU TO CALL via a pop-up or unsolicited message on your device.

How to spot phishing emails trying to get you to divulge your Apple or Netflix login information
"Phishing" is typically an email or other message that tries to convince you that you need to log into your account to fix something. But phishing messages aren't from who they say they are, and try to get you to divulge your login credentials on official-looking websites. Check out phishing examples in the following articles:
