The Week of October 25th, 2022
Why do Americans choose from just 2 people to run for president and 50 for Miss America?
2022 Government Affairs Gresham Business and Leaders Luncheon
BOLI (Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries) candidate Cheri Helt, (center above) used the entire hour to answer questions at the Business and Leaders Luncheon, on October 20th, 2022. Unfortunately, the other candidate backed out last minute. Helt spoke in depth about apprenticeships, which was music to Mt. Hood Community College President Dr. Skari’s ears. Attending the luncheon were business leaders including Jerry Hinton, Jerry for Gresham. The Chamber website has Business Leaders forum presentations.

The minimum recommended ACH (Air Exchange per Hour) in occupied spaces (i.e. offices, classrooms) is 3-4 ACH (6+ ACH is ideal). Most schools and older buildings average 1.5-2 ACH. At 6 ACH it still takes 46-69 minutes to eliminate airborne pathogens from a SINGLE exposure.
Did you know? Mt. Hood Hospice is not affiliated with a particular hospital or corporate organization. We are a small non-profit community hospice and our bottom line is you.
Have the alignment of your vehicle checked on a yearly basis or even before if odd tire wear is noted. Potholes, grooved roads, and parking curbs when hit can cause alignment issues.
