Be present. (yeah, okay.)
In a world filled with countless distractions, present is hard. From pinging phones to laundry lists to actual laundry, a lot can throw you off course. So, for all my list-makers and list-checkers, here you go! Once again, Facebook has proven to be useful. To whoever wrote this TOP 20 list, hats off! I appreciate the low hanging fruit that we can easily adopt into our day-to-day activities and the more progressive challenges that will most likely require therapy to confidently place a checkmark next to it! (hands rubbing together) "Let's GO!"
For what it's worth, I don't think you have to accomplish all 20 to make a difference. Pick one. Focus on it. In fact, master it. That's a great place to start, assuming that you're still actually reading this. Ha!

If I lost you, I'm assuming your phone, your co-worker, your spouse, a child, the car in front of you, a text message, the microwave, a streaming ad, a carrier or pigeon or a fire alarm simply distracted you.
