This is a time to set aside our normal focus and individual concerns and reach out to those who have been affected by this horrific event. The loss of homes, businesses, disruption of services and more are eclipsed by the loss of life, including those we do not yet know about.
We must all stay strong for ourselves, our families and our community. Remain well-informed and prepared. Take time to focus on both your own mental health as well as your physical health. Stay active while home. Encourage your kids to stay active, even indoors.
We thank all those who are giving their time and energy to help our community. We ask everyone to remember community first, buy local first, support your neighbors. Community support is key.
Stay safe, and keep good thoughts for all of us.
