ICYMI: NAR in action

At the National Association of REALTORS®' June 18 board of directors meeting in Washington, D.C., directors voted to keep national dues at $156 and to keep the membership forecast conservative—at 1.2 million—for budget purposes.

Directors will reconvene during NAR NXT in New Orleans this November.

Capturing Joy

The moments. The people. The experiences.

This July, we're launching Capturing Joy, a month-long celebration of the moments, people, and experiences that remind us why community matters.

Take a moment to notice the smiles (and some RACI members) that showed up for Wabash County Habitat for Humanity Women Build.

On Saturday, June 27 members of the REALTOR® team, Breanne Bennett, Andrea Markham, Linda Thompson, and Lesly Vigar, joined a community of people committed to making homeownership happen!

Throughout July, we'll be highlighting stories of service, leadership, volunteerism, and the everyday moments that spark joy across our REALTOR® community.

We'll also kick off Capturing Joy Quest, our 10-week interactive challenge inviting you to discover weekly clues, reflect on meaningful moments, and celebrate the positive impact we can have on one another and the communities we serve.

Because joy isn't something we simply find. It's something we create, share, and capture together.

Each week, we’re hiding a clue inspired by leadership, connection, and a certain keynote speaker you’ll want to hear this October. Read the clue prompt, find the hidden element in another section of RACI Notes, submit the word or theme belwoeFind it, answer it, and you’re one step closer to the JOY Snacklebox, a ticket to the Annual Meeting (and maybe a signed copy of Joyosity).

Here's the thing about leadership: it starts small. It starts with noticing. The moment you clock that something's off, that someone needs a check-in, that an opportunity is sitting right there, that's the moment before every good decision you'll ever make. Most people scroll past it. This week, don't.
