Inventory is Finally, Finally replenishing.
For anyone that has been actively looking for a home in the last few months (or remotely knows someone who has), you know that inventory of houses has been absolutely abysmal. Very few houses, with many buyers interested has led to a frustrating situation for many.
We're finally now seeing the number of homes for sale shooting upward toward a more normal number. Where will it level off? Dunno yet. But the current rate is aggressive, especially after months of inventory-drought.
Bottom line: If you're still in the game and hoping to buy but got discouraged, you might now find a much different situation. Give it a try, just don't forget that you'll need to reconnect with your lender too to see where you are on the financial side too.
