The pieces are all coming together- increasing home inventory, more days on market, demand is lessening... The extreme seller's market is no longer extreme; although prices continue to rise for now.

And the Rent Goes Wild.
Chandler has, according to Rent.com, seen the largest increase in rent year-over-year in the nation, with a 68.1% increase.
That's for a 2-bedroom rental which now sits at- get this- a staggering $2,600 per month.

Yikes. Obviously, that is great news for landlords, but terrible news for renters.

That's a sharp contrast to those who have purchased a home and locked in their monthly payment, even if it seemed high at the time.
