The Changing Real Estate Market

We all knew the market shift was coming- prices can only go up so high! Additionally, this cooling of the market was partially engineered by The Fed's raised rates, among other things.
Still, we faced a couple of questions; when will it happen, and how drastically will it cool?

The first answer is: now. Homes for sale are still low, but rising; while demand for homes is low and falling. As incredulous as it may seem, we're still in a heavy seller's market- but not for long. In a couple of months, with the direction things are going, we'll be in a dramatically different situation.

The second answer is: we don't yet truly know how much the market will cool. Time will tell. But regardless of how high or low the market goes, there will always be people buying, and always be people selling homes.
So if buying or selling becomes important for you during that time, rest assured we can make it happen still.
