ACTIVE SHOOTER TRAINING

Active Shooter Training and Preparedness

ο»ΏWednesday, May 24, 2023

12:00 PDT / 9:00 HST

Like some of our presentations lately, Active Shooter training not an area of expertise for NACM Business Credit Services. Yet, many of you have asked us to consider making such a program available. Fortunately, we know someone whose career in law enforcement can help us all learn.

Please join retired Deputy Chief of Police for the City and County of Honolulu, John McCarthy, for an informative webinar on a subject that hopefully none of us will ever have to experience. He will cover strategies to use in the unlikely event you ever find yourself in workplace shooter event.

Chief McCarthy served Honolulu for four decades beginning as a beat cop and ending up as Deputy Chief of Police for Field Operations. He also was involved with Legislative activities and has worked on various specialized task forces.

John is a friend of NACM having done multiple presentations for us on credit card, check, and online fraud. He is popular presenter at our Hawaii Credit Forums and mixes the seriousness of the subject matter with a bit of humor.

Join us on May 24th for this interesting presentation.

Save the Date! June 7th at 12pm Pam Krank will be hosting our June Webinar on Managing a Remote Staff.

Post-COVID the majority of employers now offer remote work options, and it's a trend that's likely here to stay. Unfortunately, not all employers were prepared for remote work and supervisors are still learning how to best handle a remote work force.

This webinar is for current supervisors and managers or anyone who is aspiring to move into a supervisory role in the future.
