Get ready to wow our customers! On January 29, 2024, we're launching an upgraded Astec University platform designed to enhance the customer learning experience. From eLearning programs to webinars, our new platform makes it a breeze for customers to access a wealth of valuable content.

Current offerings include: interactive Level 1 and Level 2 product courses, a library of instructional videos, a catalog of electrical and hydraulic systems training, and more! Plus, we're adding fresh content weekly to keep them engaged.

ANNUAL INCENTIVE PLAN (AIP)

-2023 AIP results will be announced on the next Global Town Hall scheduled for Feb 29, 2024.

-AIP payout letters will be provided to managers.

-Managers will then communicate individual payouts to their direct reports.

-Payouts will occur on March 8, 2024, for US and the following payroll for International.

-401(k) for US will come out of AIP. If you do not want this to happen, change your election contribution in Empower before February 23.
