Join Us for a Special Town Hall

Tune in for a special Town Hall where we'll address the urgent issue of mental health and suicide prevention in the construction industry. We will learn from an industry expert's personal experiences, find out how to support each other, and work towards prevention.

It's Game Time! Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) Results will be announced on Q1 2024 Town Hall.

TIMELINE

-2023 AIP results will be announced on the next Global Town Hall scheduled for Feb 29, 2024.

-AIP payout letters will be provided to managers after results are announced on the Town Hall.

-Managers will then communicate individual payouts to their direct reports.

-Payouts will occur on March 8, 2024, for US and the following payroll for International.

-401(k) for US will come out of AIP. If you do not want this to happen, change your election contribution in Empower before February 23.

-Reach out to your local HR representative with any questions.
