You may notice a few new notes on the calendar below, including references to Rhinebeck and Gardiner Repair Cafes as collection sites for 'unwanted jewelry.' This month, RCHV is proud to partner with SUNY's New Paltz Metal program as they join the ranks of schools participating in Radical Jewelry Makeover, an international recycling and mining project focused on education and collaboration. The students will sort the donated materials and then go to work making them into new pieces of jewelry which will then be exhibited at SUNY New Paltz. We are collecting all kinds of jewelry, broken included, along with a filled out donation form which will also be available to fill out at Rhinebeck and Gardiner.
