Libations for Harry Belafonte (Mar. 1 1927- Apr. 25, 2023)

The legendary Harry Belafonte has just joined the ranks of our Ancestors. We give thanks and pour Libations to his spirit of activism combined with healing artistic musical expression Some have asked about written works by or about him. There are three (see below) which includes one in the Golden Book series. He and Mariam Makeba recorded an absolutely exquisite rendition of "Malaika" (Angel) on Youtube. Listen to this sweet sweet lullaby. May Harry Belafonte rest in Peace & Power.
