Colleagues,

After 18 years of thorough and detailed research and development, Glasslined Technologies Inc. (GTI) is proud to unveil a major innovation that is going to transform the future of enamel repair.

Introducing our patented induction-based glass repair method (U.S. Patent No. 9,675,999). This technology was recently validated through the Materials Technology Institute (MTI)-sponsored testing project conducted at Alfred University, where it successfully completed 24 months of ASTM B08.12-compliant testing with outstanding results.

Highlights from the Testing:

✅ No appreciable difference between repaired and original enamel surfaces

✅ Passed thermal shock resistance with zero coating failure

✅ Excellent impact resistance—no delamination or cracking

✅ Proven corrosion resistance in both acidic and caustic environments

✅ Full adhesion and continuity verified by non-destructive evaluation (NDE)

No more temporary patches. No more costly downtime. Just proven, permanent solutions—delivered directly to your site.

Stay tuned for the full release detailing how this technology redefines what's possible in field repairs—and what it means for your maintenance strategies.

As industry demands evolve, GTI remains committed to raising the bar for safety, sustainability, and long-term equipment performance.

We're here to provide innovative solutions for your glass-lined needs. Call us at 706.454.1701 or contact us, and we'll be happy to help.

Revitalizing Efficiency: 100 Gallon Glass Lined Agitator Shaft Repair

When an unused 100-gallon glass lined agitator suffered minor impact damage, our customer faced a challenging decision. The replacement cost was steep at $9,250, with a long delivery lead time of 12 weeks. However, GTI stepped in with a cost-effective repair solution that turned the situation around.

Repairing a Damaged De Dietrich Glasslock Blade

A damaged De Dietrich Glasslock blade was headed for the scrap pile, but we saw the potential to repair it rather than replace it. After a full inspection and glassing process, it passed all quality tests and returned to service within two weeks, saving our customer an estimated $12,000.

Breathing New Life into Damaged Glasslined Equipment: 14,000L Vessel Restoration

At Glasslined Technologies, we specialize in breathing new life into damaged glasslined process equipment—saving time and money without compromising performance. This 14,000-liter vessel suffered significant in-process damage. With a 6+ month lead time for a new unit, reglassing became the clear solution. Our team restored it to like-new condition in just 10 weeks.
