Green Industry Job Training for NYCHA Residents


Green City Force’s Service Corps training program, New York City public housing residents (ages 18-24) are exposed to careers in the green economy such as urban agriculture, as well as resident education and action campaigns. Participants acquire hands-on experience and certifications such as OSHA-40. Additional benefits include a monthly stipend, unlimited MetroCard, and the AmeriCorps Segal Education Award upon training completion.
