KOOTENAY ROCKIES REGIONAL WAGE SURVEY

PILOT PROJECT: YEAR 2

Credible wage surveys are valuable in any economic environment. They provide insights into the markets in which you compete for employee skills. A better understanding of current salary ranges in the region allows you to build your own compensation structures more effectively. This survey is open until November 8/23.
