RFP for Humanitarian Emergency Response

and Relief Centers

The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYC EDC) is looking to contract venues for what they are calling Humanitarian Emergency Response and Relief Centers, to temporarily house asylum seekers throughout New York State in a congregate setting.
