Nominations are in and it's time to vote for the 2026 Chapter Awards Nominees!
The following individuals or organizations have been nominated for the Member of the Year, Woman of the Year, Employer of the Year, Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership, Innovative Transportation Solutions and the Honorable Ray LaHood awards by WTS members. This year's award winners are being selected by a combination of Board Members, Committee Chairs, and annual Banquet Committee Members.

Member of the Year: Recognizes a WTS member who has made extraordinary contributions to the success of the organization.
Nominees:
Woman of the Year: Honors a woman who is an outstanding role model and has contributed to the advancement of women and minorities in transportation.
Nominees:
Employer of the Year: This award honors an organization (company, non-profit, association or government agency) for recruiting, retaining and advancing women.
Nominees:

Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership Award: Honors an individual, group, or organization that has made significant contributions in promoting diversity and cultural awareness within their organization, the transportation industry, or in a project or activity that supports the goals and mission of WTS.
Nominees:
Honorable Ray LaHood Award: This award recognizes a man who is not only a leader in transportation, but who has also actively led by example in seeking opportunities to advance the association's mission and has made outstanding contributions towards the advancement of women and minorities.
Nominees:
Innovative Transportation Solutions Award: This award salutes an innovative transportation project led by a woman.
