In particular, the Sustainable Agriculture Project implemented in Riimenze offers a model of sustainable agricultural development, aimed at favouring the use and development of local resources with minimal environmental impact, promoting biodiversity and fostering ecological education. Accademic studies proceed at Catholic Health Training Institute. The third-year and first-year students have completed their clinical assignments for the time being and are now back in the classroom. The second-year students, on the other hand, are enthusiastically pursuing their practical lessons, applying their clinical skills in their respective departments and clinical areas. The learning process is exciting and rewarding for both the students and their tutors, as the students' intelligence, creativity and human qualities emerge.
